We apologize for the belated response.
The hyperfund is a crypto blockchain fund backed by the hyoertech group.
According to our understanding, the hyperfund charges a fixed membership fee in exchange of fixed returns of a minimum of 0.5% in Hyper units and a free crypto blockchain course among others.
The hyper fund concept is impermissible due to the fixity in the returns which essentially renders the membership fee a loan with interest. The hyper fund is also an MLM or multi level marketing scheme which should be investigated and researched further. Moreover we advise caution based on the general warnings as is common cause that the hyper fund and hyper tech group is a ponzi unregulated scheme. We therefore advise the public to abstain from such investment schemes.
